Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the control you have over it.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

01Information we collect

We collect the personal information you give us when you submit a form, request an assessment, or engage us for a service. We only ask for what we need to advise you properly.

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Country of residence and country of interest
  • Details relevant to an immigration or visa assessment, such as age, education, work experience, and language results
  • Where you complete our client assessment form: passport details, family details, prior visa refusals, and the documents you choose to upload, which may include a copy of your passport, your CV, language test results and credential assessments

02How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your immigration and visa enquiries
  • Provide personalised consulting and prepare applications on your behalf
  • Improve our services and the experience of using this website
  • Meet our legal, regulatory, and professional obligations

03Website analytics and technical data

When you visit this website we may record technical information for statistical and security purposes. This can include your IP address and domain, the date and time of your visit, the pages you view, your browser type, and the search terms that brought you here.

This data is used to understand how the site performs and to improve it. We may use third-party tools such as web analytics providers, advertising platforms, or customer relationship management software, which may collect limited technical data of this kind.

04Consent and how we contact you

By submitting your information through this website or through one of our advertisements, you consent to the practices described in this policy and agree that we may contact you by telephone, email, or messaging applications such as WhatsApp in connection with your enquiry.

You may withdraw that consent, or ask us to stop sending you promotional material, at any time by contacting us.

05Confidentiality and disclosure

We treat your information as confidential. We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not share it with third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law, or where it is necessary to deliver a service you have purchased, in which case sharing the information needed with that provider is treated as consented.

Where we are required to verify your identity, we may carry out checks in line with applicable anti-money-laundering and regulatory obligations.

06Data security and retention

Assessment documents are delivered to our company email rather than published on the website. A copy is held in that mailbox and may be held by the consultant handling your file. Client case plans are stored separately in our hosted database and can include contact details, tasks, document checklists, notes and payment status. Consultants sign in to manage plans. Anyone with a client plan link can view its client-facing details, so keep that link private. Team-only notes are excluded from the client view.

We keep your information for nine months after your file with us closes, whether it closed because your application succeeded, was refused, or you decided not to continue. At that point the record is deleted, including the documents attached to it and the copies held locally. Where the law or our professional record-keeping obligations require us to keep something for longer, we keep only that.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See your rights below.

07The services that carry your information

Form submissions from this website, including any documents attached to them, are transmitted by Resend, an email delivery provider. Resend retains a log of messages sent through it for 30 days, after which its copy expires automatically. This site is hosted by Vercel, which records the technical request data described above. Upstash provides the hosted database for case plans. Cloudflare Turnstile checks consultant login attempts to help prevent automated abuse. Neither the contents of your form nor your documents are written to our website's server logs.

08The client assessment form is not an application

Completing our client assessment form starts a review by us. It is not an application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada or to any other authority, it is not filed with anyone, and it gives you no status or standing of any kind. Only a licensed representative can be paid to file on your behalf, and we tell you who that is before anything is filed.

We will only ever ask you for documents through a form on our own domain, canadaimmigrationadvisory.com. If you receive a request for your passport or identity documents from any other domain claiming to be us, it is not from us. Contact us before sending anything.

09Accuracy of the information you give us

You agree to provide information that is true, accurate, and current. Immigration applications rely on it, and inaccurate or incomplete information can lead to refusal or a finding of misrepresentation by the authorities.

10Your rights: access, correction, deletion

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Write to us at apply@canadaimmigrationadvisory.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Some information may need to be retained where we are legally required to keep it.

11Cookies

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how it is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Doing so may affect how parts of the site function.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date above will be updated.
